For listed companies, Diolog is a web browser software accessible by login via the Diolog website.
Diolog can be managed by any representative of a listed company responsible for investor engagement. This might be the company secretary, an in-house investor relations team or third party investor relations services (i.e. investor relations firm, corporate communication agency). Multiple administrators can be invited to manage the software, providing visibility for multiple teams if necessary, see Invite a team member.
The decision of who uses Diolog on behalf of the listed company is up to the listed company, just like a marketing agency might manage a marketing software for a particular business. Each listed company must ensure that its affiliates and users comply with all of the terms under the Customer General Terms, and is responsible for their acts as though they were those of the company itself.
