Diolog was founded in 2023 by Amy Benson, a young entrepreneur with a vision to improve the standard of investor relations. Leveraging her experience in managing shareholder communications at a private equity firm, Amy observed challenges faced by public companies when trying to communicate with their investors. These challenges showcased that traditional methods of investor relations do not work for engaging retail investors, resulting in poor accessibility and frustration. As the number of retail investors is only growing, Diolog aims to innovate the traditional methods of investor relations to provide a solution.
At Diolog, our vision is to set a new standard for investor relations. It should be as easy to communicate with companies as it is to buy shares in them. As the world’s first two-way retail investor communication software, we are challenging the norm. We aim to bridge the gap between companies and individual investors through accessibility, transparency and of course, the best technology enablement.
Comprised of a small, young and dynamic team in Sydney, we pride ourselves on maintaining an inclusive culture that brings out the best in our people. We recognise that valuing diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration and encouraging self-expression are drivers of innovation.
Innovate to elevate.
Creating a work environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Encourage team members to explore new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and challenge existing norms to drive product evolution.
Fearless feedback.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where diverse perspectives, skills, and experiences are valued and leveraged to drive collective success. Making healthy debates and collaboration encouraging, real, open and unafraid.
Supportive soil.
Create a psychologically safe and supportive work environment where team members feel comfortable expressing themselves, sharing ideas, and raising concerns without fear of reprisal or judgement.
Right now, we are empowering companies to build better relationships with their retail shareholders to support share price growth and liquidity. However, in five years time, we imagine this might look very different.
Diolog’s goal is to become the global leader for acquisition and analysis of investor communication data for any investment structure. Stay tuned for how we get there!
