Diolog does not have access to information stored on Diolog by company users. Diolog acknowledges and agrees that this information is kept private in accordance with the insider trading provisions or market abuse provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or other relevant securities laws.
It is the responsibility of company users to ensure that its personnel comply with the insider trading provisions and market abuse provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and any other relevant securities laws; and maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with such laws.
