Report an issue

If you have encountered any issues, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our priority is to address and resolve the issue promptly. If you've identified a bug or noticed something not working as expected within the app, please follow these steps to bring it to our attention.

  1. Access your profile section by clicking on the icon at the top right of your screen.
  2. Scroll down the profile section until you see ‘Report an issue’.
  3. Upon clicking on this button it will take you to a page where you can add a title for the issue and write a description about what the issue is.
  4. Click submit and kick back and relax while we work on your report!
