Our commitment to championing ethical practice and protecting human rights is present in all our business operations. In providing our service, we will comply with all applicable modern slavery laws from time to time in force in Australia including the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, the modern slavery risks in our own operations and in our supply chain is low. We commit to ensuring that our zero-tolerance viewpoint to modern slavery is upheld by contracting with suppliers who share our views and whose conduct complies with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
Our modern slavery policy outlines the action taken to mitigate the risk of modern slavery in Diolog’s business operations and our supply chain.
We comply with Australian employment laws relating to the recruitment and remuneration of Diolog employees, as well as adhering to our own Diolog remuneration policy as provided to employees in their contract. We have written contracts with all our staff.
All employees of Diolog have the legal right to work in Australia, and are protected by minimum work standards in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (and other Australian laws).
We assess our suppliers for modern slavery risk before contracting, including based on the nature of the services or products they are providing and the risk of modern slavery, and their modern slavery policies and practices (and any breaches).
