Forgotten password

Forgot your password? Don’t worry we’ve all done it at some point. Follow these easy steps to resetting your password for your Diolog mobile app.

  1. Click on ‘Forgot password’ when on the sign in page of the mobile app.
  2. This will open up a screen for you to enter the email that you used to sign up to Diolog.
  3. Enter the email you signed up to Diolog with, and press the ‘Send’ button.
  4. You should then receive a one time password (OTP) in your email’s inbox. Enter the 4 digit code on Diolog and press the ‘Continue’ button.

    Didn’t show up in your inbox?
    Check your junk mail if the OTP does not show up in your inbox.
    Otherwise, you can press ‘Resend’ code once the resend OTP timer ends.
  5. Time to reset your password! Enter your new password in the first box, then enter it again to confirm in the second box.
    You can check if the password you entered is correct by clicking the eyeball icon next to the password you entered.
  6. Click the ‘Reset’ button to finalise your new password.
